As topic says, will i be able to spend on both blockchains after? Will electrum support the new one?

Electrum servers uses bitcoind to interact with the network and the blockchain.
Every Electrum server admin can decide for himself which implementation of bitcoind he want's to use.

So should there be a fork then it would depend to which server your client connects and what implementation of bitcoind is running on that server.
