I am not sure that it was good that people gave him negative trust.
He did ask people to give him a suggestion upon what he should use as collaterol, it is also not a large loan so not a large problem without collaterol.

I understand why you'd think that all accounts just made to ask for a loan are scammers. I'm honestly not trying to scam you. If need be ill tell you my age etc. or give you my skype details or something whilst the trade is happening? tho I am young lol. also thanks jackg for the boost in confidence

I'm still wondering why some people ask for a loan to pay their tuition. Does college accept bitcoin now ?
Back in my days, I've got a part time job to pay for my education. The scam attempt is strong with this one and saying you won't scam on an newbie account is worthless (and difficult to believe).

Also, do you read this post ?

My coins are currently engaged in two large mining companies! Legitimate cloud mining.
Why not prove that you won't see the coin again. You will get his accoutns that are probably not worth as much as his loan aount.
