Please list my some bitcoin wallets( usually web wallets) which allows this: 1. Say i send some bitcoins say 10 bitcoins from Address A to Address B( this is the address of the wallet i am asking about) then withdraw the 10 bitcoins from this wallet to another address say Address C.Now i want such a wallet that does not use Address B to send coins thus making no link between Address A and Address C. 2.In short, the wallet that does not use the same address to send and recieve address? I want this type of wallet because it will make mixing bitcoins free Any wallets that do this?

If you're looking for something free, maybe blockchain.info's coinjoin might be something for you (i don't know if they have fees, but i imagine they will be free because other blockchain.info's products are also free)

I don't think it uses same address for sending bitcoins that is used for recieving.

If you check the new version of blockchain web wallet you will get a new address that is called as bitcoin main wallet address which keep on changing, don't know in certain interval or something but it keep on changing if you try to click receive buttom and on my wallet address. That can be used to mix bitcoins.

Are you sure they're not just generating additional private keys/addresses? In that case, you would just have several private keys tied to your account, but when you tried paying, their inputs could all be used individually to generate outputs, so there would still be a possible bond between the inputs and the outputs (unless, by pure chance, the inputs used to generate an output would be completely different from the inputs for the address you wish to keep private). In order for the OP's question to work, you would need a (web)wallet that gave you a unique deposit address, and kept each deposit amount in a database. When somebody requested a withdrawal, it would look into the database, and generated an output with inputs that were not tied to your deposit address... In this case, the (web) wallet would need access to all private keys from all its users in order to "mix" the coins.

I haven't checked about that yet as i have not used the wallet to mix coins. Maybe coinbase can work on this as you can generate different deposit address with one click but i have only used blockchain most of the times so i don't have deep knowledge about that. Even well known mixing service like bitmixer doesn't have much fee compared to amount of coins you need to get mixed.

I think what you're asking for are called wallet service providers, use Xapo, Coinbase, Localbitcoins, the coins you send from your wallets on these services will not be necessarily be sent from your address(s) but some other address(s) owned by these services.
Since they don't give you access to the private keys, the coins which you receive in the address provided by them are sent to their hot wallet and they show up in your account. When you send them, they're sent from their hot wallets, so no one can link A to B to C, they will show up as coinbase/xapo/lbc addresses in certain wallet explorers but they won't be linked to anybody in particular.
I should tell you that using these wallets are not recommended because if tomorrow the site is down, you have no way of accessing your coins but then again you're not going to listen, so I won't.. even though I just did.

MultiBit HD generates every time a new address for sending and also for receiving as far as I am concerned, I personally not use it, but I have heard is newbie friendly and it changes addresses every time it does a transaction. Its a desktop wallet and not a web wallet like blockchain ,xapo or coinbase.

I think a couple guys used a dice site with a hot wallet like this... Cannot remember it's name tough. The only thing you have to remember is: those sites aren't designed for privacy, they're designed to be an online wallet/exchange/betting site, so they might keep logs...

They'll keep logs tied to your account and if asked they might reveal this information to a third party, where as mixers like bitmixer.io claim that they delete all the data 24 hours after a mixing is done so I wouldn't recommend to use these services as mixers but yeah they can be used as one because other than then them no one else can say with certainty that the coins came from a certain account. I don't use either of these services, so I can't say for sure, but run taint analysis and see if they work or not.

I thought that you would like to find a Bug in the bitcoin wallet so you can get 2 x folding of the Bitcoin Wallet. It will never happen, because the system is very good and does Bitcoin it may happen that secama thing (unless already there is not interested to use the Bitcoin {maybe}). If you want to send to another address Bitcoin definitely you need Addres which have funds Bitcoin without it is sure you will not be able to send funds.

Wallet A will always be linked to C in the example you have given. I think the only way to do what you want is buy sending A to B (B being an address you dont own with lots of other bitcoins there) from which you then receive the same amount of bitcoins back to C, this requires you to trust a 3rd party tho.....

Do not use Coinbase or any of the services that needs to adhere to these strict KYC/AML regulations. They will close your account, if they suspect that you using their services to "mix" your coins. There are many other services out there, with no requirements like this, and they use different withdrawal addresses for each transaction. If you use a combination of them, it will be more difficult to track your steps, but not impossible. The mixer services are not expensive, why would you want to avoid them?

If you're afraid of using mixture service, we've more and more option for that i.e., try to send your money to any exchange or any gambling site and wait for sometime to confirm your coin and then withdrew it! AFAIK, this's the best way to do what you've asked.

The only way to do it (other than a mixer) is to go through a wallet service (such as coinbase), or an exchange, or any other site that holds bitcoins for you. The drawback to mixing is that the site knows where your bitcoins came from and where they went to, plus you have to trust them to not lose your bitcoins.
