Hi

Electrum no longer works in my PC and i have the Seed
how can i restore my wallet in other wallet with that seed ? i tried multibit but seems not to work

You need to use electrum. What does "no longer works" mean?

Apparently no other wallet is compatible with Electrum seeds. Install Electrum on another device and restore.
