    I have $82paypal from so long and can't withdraw because i live in Pakistan no service here for paypal so the only thing left is to exchange it with something else, I am doing business in bitcoins from couple of months so i think it will be best to exchange with bitcoins ill go for 1:1 dont need extra just want to exchange it with bitcoins. deposit the paypal funds into your bank withdraw the cash then buy btc with cash its much safer too many scammers use paypal to trade btc its not worth the risk

He says he cant withdraw PayPal funds to his bank account because he lives in Pakistan where PayPal does not operate.
