yea. i just got scammed for 20$ by this guy HUbuzz. He sent first 2$ for my 3$ paypal . I trusted him and sent 20$ .After he blocked me without sending anything. Be carefull with him.

use this format if you can. and start from the beginning. it can't be he just messaged you in skype out of the blue...

you can just chargeback since its paypal but you'll have to lie, bitcoin to paypal trades are against paypal's TOS , so, if you open a dispute and paypal find out that you're trading BTC, they'll limit your account
