Why do not you refer yourself?, from some friend's house (or whatever place has a different IP and no one interested in gambling -with BTC, at least-). I think that, as long as you do not actively use both accounts to gain an unfair advantage/abuse bonuses, there is no problem in that.

I guess I do not fit your description, but I am an honest person (that would be hard to prove, though, I have never traded more than 50 USD here and I have usually gone first) + I log in daily to the site (so I could send your BTC back daily).
