Just checked the site and so surprised to know that they started their service since 2005, but I just heard it now lol. Just did a quick search in this forum and I find their official thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=703390.0 but the thread is seems to be died already, no more updates from the admin/owner or other people.

I have used this website during the era of Liberty Reserve (LR), they are Russian based company and they are legit then though i cannot say much about them for now, why not try them with small amount?

Trying with small amount then he get paid, it does not guarantee that he will get paid for big amount. So its better to find better information about the site with valid proofs before trying. As he knew this site from a lender, so I think he need to ask the lender to proof that the site is still legit till now.

I never tried it yet but i tried changer com because they are lots of trusted points and testimonials and i tried it many times. you can try it for is small transaction before you send another large transaction...
Well i check the site and i think its better rate than changercom..
