yes ofcourse,

as said in the picture these keys are obtained through a microsoft developers account read the last section of the template for more information or ask me about it on pm or Skype for more detailed description.

yes im fully aware, as i have said in my template that the keys are supposed to be for the owner of the msdn account itself.
