I don't understand what all this means?
No halving?
I am also a novice, it seems that Fork Hard means there will be another version of the bitcoin was born, popular, maybe I understand that there is a mistake,someone to fix it?

it simply mean that you need only to upgrade your client like you do now with new version, that's it they will solve the capacity issue in another less invasive way

Do i need to wait a full synchronization or can l download a blockchain from somewhere?
Is it safe from torrents?
