DAG generation failure. Reason: Permission denied. But Why?

I made it to the last part of the Ethminer set-up.
DAG reached 100% then said DAG generation failure. Reason: Permission denied
But, why? I followed instructions step by step from here: https://www.cryptocompare.com/mining/guides/how-to-mine-ethereum/

This happens whether I run as Administrator or not, and still happens for both ethminer -G and ethminer -C

Any advice? Suggestions?

probably because you are running several instance at the same time, and they all are writing or overwriting the same DAG file
