Well, i'm giving them a deal, and they could always report the transaction to paypal. I need the money in like, 2 hours otherwise im toast!  Shocked I'm an honest guy, if people don't trust me theres nothing i can do about it and move on.

And we're expected to trust in the inherent honesty of an admitted (bad) gambler, who deals with lowlife bookies who will apparently make him "toast"*?

*by toast, can we assume that said lowlife bookie will have you pounded into tenderized noobsteak if you don't come up with the cheddar, the skrilla, the scratch, the dough, the simoleans, the cabbage, the bread?

I already said i didnt want it tied up for hours.

You realize that in the time it took you to argue that you didn't want to tie it up for hours with an escrow you could have used an escrow and had the money to pay the bookie? No one was trying to delay you, they're just trying to be safe with their money. You were asking them to send a lot of cash to you in good faith that you'd keep up your end of the bargain with nothing to base that faith on.

I didn't know how the escrow worked, and I was able to just transfer the BTC to a poker website "sealswithclubs.eu" and then transfer the chips on the site, to the guy. I didnt want to set up an escrow account and verify email and verify this and that. If you guys don't believe me whatever fuck you i was just looking for help. I wasn't putting a gun to any of your heads.
