Hi guys im new to the Bitcoin Phenomenon!!

Plan to invest 5000$ every 3 months to add bitcoins to my portfolio?

Which Exchange is best for international user without a USA bank account.

i want to transfer from my local bank account to my exchange to buy coins, also can use debit or credit cards.

no issue with any kind of security verification.

Please let me know which is your favorite & most secure exchange thats accepts international customers  ??

would really appreciate any help so i dont get scammed in my first transaction.

Let the fun begin, hope the price does not crash as soon as i buy coins lol  Grin Roll Eyes

Kraken and Bitstamp are big exchanges. There's bitfinex too. What country are you living in? There are some really good options out there for specific countries.

I have to say bitcoin's price is too volatile. It may climb to $1000 to drop to $300 in one day. Just invest the amount what you can afford to lose. But I still believe it has great potential.

im working in dubai from scotland.

i can transfer any currency from my local account, can transfer $ or euro but just need to find a secure exchange that accepts international transfers. i seen so many scam threads online bit terrified to lose money. also have debit & credit-cards.

would like to use an exchange with low fees & something i can get money in & out without problems after verification.

would like to be able to buy & sell coins but only buying coins is also fine.

what do you think?

You might find it pretty tough to find a place that'll accept debit and credit cards and the fees are often higher. Bitstamp, Kraken and Bitfinex are all well established. Kraken is Euros and the other two are dollars. I've never used Bitfinex but the other two worked fine for me. The most legit options are Gemini and Itbit but they're probably US only.

would rather do a bank transfer with iban. can convert to $ here through the bank & transfer $ to the exchange.
