that's quite a high amount to lend to a loan-spamming member ranked user without a collateral. no offense but you should know better than that.

edit: whoops. there's a collateral. his alt account?

edit2: now I'm confused. is there a collateral or not?

Yes big mistake, always take collateral unless the member has something to lose by not paying the loan. Usually thats members with very good reputations
