This is what the browser tells me, anyone else getting this ?

Quote
The connection has timed out

The server at mtgox.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
    moments.

It's just you. http://mtgox.com is up.

Bah!

Anyone know of an another url to use ? I remember classic.mtgox.com could be used previously, but seems that doesn't work now either.

Would it be possible to share that proxy ? Not sure if it's a private proxy of yours, but would appreciate it.

Wait for gox to come back online and don't use it trough a proxy. Use a VPN with an american exit if in urgent need.

My anger against what is wrong in the Bitcoin community is productive:
Bitcointa.lk - Replace "Bitcointalk.org" with "Bitcointa.lk" in this url to see how this page looks like on a proper forum (Announcement Thread)
Hashfast.org - Wiki for screwed customers

Ya, it was kind of urgent, but your advice is good. I think I would need to have backup plans. haha.

Cool, they are using an anycast network:
http://www.just-ping.com/index.php?vh=mtgox.com&c=&s=ping%21

(They are back up for me)

Its up again.

Yo, I didn't login via the puplic proxy^^. I only looked it up. I am not sure but I've read somewhere they have two puplic facing servers. One in Poland and one in Japan. And depending on your DNS settings you reach the nearest one. But I am not sure...
