[WTS] 10$ Amazon gift card @5$ due to some problem

I went through a program and got a $10 Amazon Gift Card.But the problem is that i can't mail it to my address 

So i am deciding to sold it off for 5$ you can use escrow np an also i can go first .But there are some mailing restrictions to gift card so whoever is in province below and is willing to buy it send me a pm or post it into thread:-
