Is this social commentary, or is the video presented for entertainment only? If the latter, then it belongs in Off-topic.
Then go post it to off topic and your problem will be solved.

That's why you are not a mod, but you misunderstand... If you want it to appear in the off-topic section, copy it there. You dont need to be a mod to post there.
