How to exchange Bitcoins for Liberty Reserve?

WM Center can exchange multiple currencies, including BTC and LR: https://www.wm-center.com/

To get LR on BTC-E, you have to sell your BTC for USD, then go to the finance page and withdrawal USD. It will give you a drop down menu with choices and you just need to pick LibertyReserve. Says there's a 3% fee for it.

You could also try https://www.aurumxchange.com which is an official funding partner of MtGox. It seems to be around 4% difference when converting BTC to LR compared to converting LR to BTC where you get less with the former.
