I know it is a bit late reply.... to get a better understanding but better later than never ;-)
Capricoin is a pre-minded coin which is released to the public at the rate of 500K / week.
It is spread accross every people ordering "slots", in fact mining time to get the coin.
The more slots reserved for a particular week, the fewer coins allocated per slots.
No algo required, hardware or else required.

AS SOON as you get your coins, every Mondays, you have all the freedom to do what you want with them:
keep them here and use them for the other features added, withdraw them on a local person wallet you can install on your computer,
