problem with poloniex!

about a month ago I signed up to the exchange website that is poloniex, when finished registering I was asked confirmation via email but I do not see the confirmation email from poloniex, and I tried to register using another email and remains the same.
whether there are problems similar to what I experienced?
and also how to solve it?

i had been using these exchange over than 1 year and when i was register on this site only need less than 10 minutes but for your problem i think you should be contact them but let me tell you they have lack of response for their support and might be your problem will be solved more than 24 hours

Either write a friendly e-mail to support and explain your situation or make another account with a different email address and check on the chat if there is a mod available.
Should get sorted fast enough.
