I know it's not a big deal because of my minimal balance atm, but my Blockchain.info wallet shows me having 0.00866419 BTC, but my BTC-QT client shows me having slightly more with 0.0088319. I find it odd that Blockchain would be lower than my client. Both show the exact same number of transactions and my client is fully synced for sure (big ol' green checkmark in the bottom right corner).

Is there a way to find out why the difference??

I'm confused.  Are you saying that you imported all the private keys from your Bitcoin-Qt wallet.dat into blockchain.info, then continued using both the Bitcoin-Qt client and the blockchain.info web client, and now you are noticing that the two wallets don't have the same balance?

If so, then that would be expected.  Each time you create a new transaction in the Bitcoin-Qt client, it creates a new address that it hides from you. It uses the new address for the change from the transaction.  Unless you update blockchain.info by importing these new private keys, blockchain.info won't know about the new addresses hidden in your wallet.dat.

Note that using the same private keys (and therefore addresses) in more than one client is a good way to generate all sorts of issues for your self.  If one wallet spends some bitcoins from an address, and the second wallet doesn't notice this transaction, the second wallet can end up trying to use these already spent outputs (essentially a double-spend attempt).

Oh okay. Didn't know that. How do I update my current Blockchain.info account with my BTC-QT wallet? I can't seem to find a way to do it for an encrypted wallet. I just want them to have the same balance and then I'll stop using the BTC-QT client. Maybe Blockchain is correct and BTC-QT isn't?

I'm not very familiar with the details of blockchain.info wallets.  I see there is a "Desktop Sync" available in the Import/Export are, but I'm not sure what that does or how it works.  You might need to contact someone from blockchain.info and explain what you've done and what your current situation is.

I'd suggest sending a PM (personal message) to Piuk:
