Hi,

So the other day I did a BitInstant bitcoin-to-email transaction for ~12BTC. I had no problems with BitInstant, or any of the payment services. When I went to retrieve my payload, it displayed the proper BTC, I typed in my email (the same one that I initially had the coins sent to) as well as the pin. Once I clicked send, it brought me to the main page for sending coins with "Funds sent" displayed

3 days later I have yet to get that email and I'm left with no coins, no support from Coinapult, and a good deal less money in my bank.

Today I clicked the old retrieval link (which now says that I have 0BTC), typed in the same address and old pin as a test. The same "Funds sent" page displayed and I received my 0 BTC shortly afterwards.

Anyone else find this curious/suspicious that it worked when I sent nothing, but hasn't when I sent something?

Needless to say, I'm frustrated and lost. Any help is appreciated.

On the contact form on the site. I'll try again but I have read many reports that they don't respond elsewhere in the forums, so I'm not expecting them to.

The excellent support at BitIsntant helped take care of everything.
It appears that the issue was in fact that I sent it to the same address I was sending from (For the record, Coinapult did say any email address, but I'll let it slide since I have my coins now Wink)
