You must be new to this trade. U r expecting a clean Sr. Member from a marked scammer @ 0.075 BTC? It is either stolen or have some loan related issue. U'll start facing problem after a fortnight from the original owner or start receiving -ve trust. By then, the seller will be vanished in the thin air. Better, buy from someone with some clean trading history.
