I'll buy one of your bitcoin for the going rate but can't afford to buy any more. Too bad I only have a macbook pro or I'd be mining :/

panic selling never did anyone any good, except recouping a small portion of their losses.

Best to eat a taco to ponder your commitment to your investment before panic selling.   and diversify. always diversify.  buy some silver.  and tacos.

I think the recent correction turned into a irrational broader panic, im not suggesting you should borrow against your mortgage to buy. But you may miss a big opportunity if you don't get back on before tuesday.

Though I still am a little bit worried, I've decided to buy back some. But I won't use all of the money in hand, in case it will fall back again.

I sold all my coins  so far six times at 5.50 6.80 7.40 8.60 9.60 11 14 and soon 14.30.

If you buy back higher you have lost profit, but have not lost any money besides the 0.5% payed to get in again.

If you buy after a dip and sell during upturns, you have more $$ at the end of the month, and your risk is very small. Do you think anyone are going to PM you when it's time to sell?

I'm panicking since I bought too little of them a week ago!
I'm going to keep some money on an exchange and pray for a dump.

So at some point we have a correction and the price drops to say 13.85 for a minute, you then buy in again. You will have fewer BTC but have the same value in USD as before. You sell again at the next up to 14.+ and have earned something. You have almost zero exposure to crashes if you get in like that.

got it?

Buy low, sell high.

If you bought bitcoins below 11 dollars then you have made profit. Sure, the market value is at 13 dollars, but doesn't change the fact that you already made profit.

In the long run, BTC strikes me as something that will either be worth nothing, or a lot. I'm hanging on to mine to see where it goes Smiley

why are those restrictions in place?

Because we want to make sure you can read before you start necro-ing old threads with useless comments?

Well, at one point in time I bought at 29 and then sold them (well paid for a hosting account) when the exchange rate was 5ish.  Thats pretty good loss there, but overall I have "made" money since then.
