First off, why would anybody want this? Credit cards do not get banned. They get backlisted based on suspicious activities involving them. Also, if your intentions were purely educational, you would have posted publicly a link where everyone can just download/view it for themselves.

More than likely, you're sending an attachment to people which may contain a virus with an intent to phish accounts.

I suspect that OP's guide would have to do with carding, which is illegal and against the forum rules anyway. Avoid unless specified otherwise.
