Besides, it's even worse when they don't know how to use it and start to make problems for the seller.

I'm not an alt of him, and the only alt I have on this forum was admitted on the thread made by mexxer-2.
I have screenshots that I took while using the VBA, adding it, confirming it, logging in, etc.
If you bothered to read the instructions you might have gotten it to work.
