Hi,

1. you need to lower your lowest bet to compete with blockbet and bit365.  Right now I can bet 0.01 at blockbet and bit365.
Btcsportsbet has a 0.5 minimum bet and this is just way to high for many bettors.  Sometimes I just want to bet $5 on a game and not $15.

2. your line offerings are much smaller then either blockbet or bit365. In NHL, you do not offer regulation time bets or team totals. blockbet and bit365 offer more lines.

3. you do not do parlays and blockbet does.

I have quit betting at btcsportsbet because blockbet and bit365 now offer more lines and allow for smaller wagers and parlays.

However, to be fair, btcsportsbet has really good email customer service.  They are very quick to get back to you.  Blockbet and bit365 appear to use the forums as their customer service portal.

Hello hi,

Thank you for the feedback.

1) We are considering lowering the minimum bet, it will likely be reduced soon. Please check back with us.

2) We prefer to focus on the main sports and wagering options, and offer them with the best value to our clients (the competitors you mention are often -114 or worse on spreads, horrific). We will consider your recommendations for new additions, however.

3) Parlays are in the works and we'll update everyone here when available.

That said, BTCSportsBet is the oldest bitcoin sportsbook, in continuous operation for more than 2 years. We have positive reviews all over the web, including the Offshore Gaming Association. We have hundreds of active, long-standing clients and have built up trust slowly, over time.

Do not think that your funds are safe because the alternatives do not force you to create an account - they are still holding your funds on each wager and can disappear at any time. Being involved in bitcoin early, we prefer to cut down on the blockchain spam - the risk is the same, you can withdraw what is not being wagered at any time at BTCSportsBet.com. Also, the max wagers at those books is arbitrary using the 'send coins per bet' method and subject to their abuse. Of course they don't allow any reasonable bets so that is probably not a concern.

The bitcoin sportsbetting universe is sadly littered with failed efforts, scams, and hacks - even if you choose not to play with us, we urge you to be cautious of these new, unproven ventures.

To our many longstanding clients, we appreciate your continued support.

Thanks!
