Random economist: Fiat use should be allowed only after a financial education course.
Instead of promoting or banning fiat, authorities should educate the public about fiat. Access to fiat should be denied to those who are not aware of the dangers of inflation, confiscation, use for illegal activities, ease of stealing, and counterfeiting.

Exactly my thoughts!
That is just ridiculous.
I would say 95% of the population have absolutely no clue how fiat money works and how easy it is to get scammed or fooled, which by the way is happening every day, mostly done by the banks and our authorities.
Let them do and talk whatever they want.Banning and threatening will not prevent people from using it.
History has shown this over and over again.
