How to play:
Send coins to one or more of the listed addresses.
Minimum: 0.01  Maximum: 0.5  (will raise in the future)
The game runs once every block. Only bets included in the block are valid.
The address you send from must be able to receive coins. (eg. any standard bitcoin client or derivatives would work)

Payouts:
Banker 0.95:1
Player 1:1
Tie 8:1 (Banker and Player bets push on ties)
Your original bet will be sent back with the winnings
Payouts will be sent within 2 minutes of new block.

How cards are generated:
Take a block hash:  (this is from 218964)
000000000000034b54a7289452c0d2ad4872c71ecbd2dc8535bbc3ab047e3fc9
Split it from the right into 3 byte blocks
000000000000034b54a7289452c0 d2ad48 72c71e cbd2dc 8535bb c3ab04 7e3fc9
Take the 6 blocks from the right and reverse the order
7e3fc9 c3ab04 8535bb cbd2dc 72c71e d2ad48
Convert it from hex to decimal
8273865 12823300 8730043 13357788 7522078 13806920
Take each number and mod 52
41 48 23 28 18 36
Map each number to a card value
0-12 maps to A 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 J Q K, then repeats

3 10 10 3 6 10
Use cards in order (1st and 3rd card goes to player, 2nd and 4th to banker) and play baccarat
Player: 3 10 | 10 3 :Banker
Follow baccarat rules and hit both hands
Player: 6 -> 3 10 | 10 3 <- 10 :Banker
Player wins 9 over 3

FAQ:
Q: Where are the private keys and hashes?
A: No private keys are used in card generation as everything is generated from the block hash

Q: Are you the admin of this site?
A: Yes

Q: Can i bet on multiple positions?
A: Yes, Just like real baccarat, you can bet on any combination of banker, player, and tie or all three.

Cool, keep in mind when you raise the betting that if someone stands to net more than 25 BTC they can get an edge on you by selectively dumping blocks. I mean they can always screw you by dumping blocks that they find, but it isn't worth the cost to them until the betting gets higher.

It occurs to me now that you have a max but cannot enforce it since bets are anonymous so this could be a problem at any time.

I thought about that too, but for anyone to do that even remotely effectively is to have a large amount of hashing power.

The final maximum will probably be much less than 25 which makes dumping blocks not worthwhile.
For now, bets over the maximum will be manually refunded.

Good idea. Baccarat is a favorite of the coveted "asian whale", you'll just need to raise limits to 30kusd a hand....  Grin

Hope to raise the limit there one day. I still need to solve the block dumping problem without introducing private keys.
