Old PayPal account

I recently found an old paypal account, fake name, it's been almost a year since it got limited with around ~230$

So, 180+ days past, and I got an email in August (I noticed it now), I could withdraw the money

The problem is, you can only add, US and Canadian bank accounts to withdraw it

What do I do

Assuming that you live in the us, you should probably withdraw the money. You could buy some bitcoin with it as well, or spend it on whatever you want. I'd suggest that if you don't live in the US, spend it on bitcoin.

I'm not from Canada or the US 

I can't spend the money either, I can only withdraw it
