Go to your dashboard from there you can find your key,get the key and import it to your wallet this is what I did the first time,but I believe you just add your receiving address to the dashboard and they will manually and slowly add your rewards to your desktop wallet

I have this same problem.
I dont see my private key in KEY.
So ill just add my desktop address to valorbit web?

It used to be that way but since there are so many abuse on the system the devs has disable this I don't know if it is only temporary you an only fill your receiving wallet on your dashboard ,it is much more easier than this then exporting the key..
