I am just asking so that my account does not end up getting red trust from the people around.

I think your account will be tagged red pretty fast. At the moment, there is a group of DT members that tag all kinds of illegal things.
Also, if i remember correctly, it's against the forum rules to post illegal stuff (i think cracked software would be called illegal)

I think this one will probably be OK, especially if you wrote the software yourself.
Offcourse, you'll have a hard time convincing people it's completely clean, but if it is, you have nothing to worry about.

Well, violation of ToS is considered untrustworthy by some (e.g. Vod marks those selling Microsoft keys). Not sure if this would apply here or if you have rights the resell the software. It is not against forum rules though as theymos explicitly stated that the staff will not enforce ToS. I cant tell if someone would mark you for it.

You can sell your stuff on the underground forum or on the tor network or community but not here,people will find you a dishonest and not worthy of trust since you are hacking software
