suppose here are 1million mining hardware with power of Ngh/s speed.now we increase power of mining by adding more mining hardware then suppose now mining power is (N+n)gh/s..so now will transaction will conform faster...?

No. Confirmations come the transaction being included in a block. The hash rate doesn't matter because the difficulty will adjust such that blocks always come at the same interval on average. The difficulty will always adjust to make blocks be found every 10 minutes on average.
