long unconfirmed (pending) transactions is almost never caused by the wallet. it's either the transaction itself or the current number of unconfirmed transactions currently waiting to get confirmed.

you can post the tx ID if you want us to find out what exactly is the problem.

the fee is lower than the current recommended fee. so it's not the wallet.
ask secondstrade to send another tx with higher fee once this tx gets dropped from the mempool. they probably won't give a damn though.
