Hi, Im Mr. Painter.

I see that this forum appreciates advisors, so here will be my personal thread for giving free advices to you (and maybe earn tips).

I honestly don't believe in tipping system and its culture, just want to help and collect some points of reputation. I prefer to earn BTC so you also could ask me about this too.

What can I advice to you?

Any things concerning Russia and Ukraine, help with translations into/from English, travelling, local info getting (BTC users only)
How to buy/sell BTC with low fees in Russia/Ukraine (for BTC travellers)
Any things concerning Bitcoin Art
How to earn BTC by creating interesting content
Which wallets are the most convenient, help with wallet recovery
Which projects are worth attention and why
And some other shit.

All advices will be free forever and based on my work experience.

This is very interesting and I have not seen this before. You seem to be offering numerous areas and ranges of advice. It's honestly nice to see someone providing some quality information without cost if desired. No sure if this belongs in the services section but Good-Luck! You seem to have a wide range of interest that fellow users could inquire in.

Its a nice aspect but the bitcoin address kind of takes away from what you are setting out to do.
Put it in your profile and you should gather what you are looking for, most newbies are using faucets or signatures, so tipping is rare. Actually rare all over the site.

Do not let me sidetrack, just a suggestion.

Lets start with Russia current stance with bitcoin.

Thanks, Duomo.

"Lets start with Russia current stance with bitcoin."

In Russia, there are currently some awareness about whether cryptocurrencies will be banned by the government. A real threat emerges out of political and, as someone says, "mental" level. This means that some kind of a government curated USSR 2.0 ban system is up to be built. Almost all Russian press is under a government control. Also, they began trying to control the Internet by menas of Roscomnadzor private slowpoke club.
https://twitter.com/roscomnadzor?lang=ru

But it's not only about the Internet. They have also restricted The Wolf of Wall Street film for example because "americans do such a films to bring drugs to God Given Holy Russia and make it poor", this is, of course, is just a way of distracting people from real internal problems.

PS. This film is one of my favourites.

You can read more on how they want to throw people to prison for using Bitcoin:

https://news.bitcoin.com/2016-all-russian-bitcoiners-could-become-terrorists/
http://www.coindesk.com/receiving-bitcoin-payments-is-a-crime-says-russian-presidential-advisor/

But, no matter what happens, russian bitcoin enthusiasts are up to making documentary films about Bitcoin:
http://bitnovosti.com/film/film-en/
Doing conferences:
http://bitcoinconf.moscow/en
And having Sberbank CEO talking of Bitcoin POSITIVELY:
http://forklog.net/why-russian-government-should-forget-about-the-blockchain-technology/
Also, German Gref said he has his own bitcoins so if all new laws pass government should like... punish the biggest banker in country, lol
http://tass.ru/en/economy/821750
And having Putin saying Bitcoin "is backed by nothing" but forgets to say that Ruble is too:
https://news.bitcoin.com/vladimir-putin-speaks-out-in-favor-of/

All these articles 100% true.

UPD: Just found the news that Jordan Belfort will visit UKRAINE this summer:

You just look at this bastard! What do you guys think? Do I have to go?

I wish Nakamoto or Antonopoulos were visiting Ukraine with similar event. Could pay all my money to visit.

I would like to say that my BTC address must stay here because it is some kind of a meter of my capabilities (I have many of them be sure) ... aa... both capabilities and addresses (heh)... So anyone can ensure I provide high value answers for free here in this thread. Who knows when this ends?
