-Join several groups in FB with members that are looking for extra income and distribute your ref links
-Try other traffic generating sites like EasyHits, Klixion, 10Khits or SmileyTraff.

I think easier way to utilize those traffic into cash is to offer those minutes to sell for fixed price. I think 10000 minutes are being sold at 10cents rate.
