Is it so hard to write destination of this software first of all? Why it is created, what problems this one must solve? I think it's more look like using trend things like Ethereum&Tokens for some ICO speculations.

It's a cryptocurrency itself, so it can be used such any other cryptocoin as a way of payment between parties.
