Cryptsy Hacker identity incoming - pending bounty

Kinda off-topic but can anyone tell me whats s the current situation with the exchange and if there is a way to get your funds out? I had a BTC withdraw transaction pending and it got canceled, now the funds are still in my cryptsy wallet but im scared to try to withdraw again. Some people was saying some altcoins were working as a way to get your stuff out but im not sure about it now.

30% of the stolen funds?  Is that the going rate on extortion or doxxing or whatever this offer is?  Seems exorbitant.

That is typical for a "debt collector" where I come from
