I can give you some suggestions.
1: your site is looking like a blogspot or wordpress blog. first of all add a good template to it.
2: your site does not have google adsense, without google adsense you can't make any profits. Because all other    advertisement networks are not good enough to work with...
3: make your site signup free. People who like to earn bitcoin want to earn bitcoin easily, signing up will make people run away (you can use captcha service to protect your site so no need of sign up process)
