Im wondering if they do most of work out of japan, they seem to have connections out that way with getting the MtGox deal and also have R Ver as investor.  Decent exchange though for sure.

Thanks. I just can't find the incorporation information at Kraken's website.

I found Poloniex's incorporation info. Delaware on 9th February 2016.
