How can sources and destinations of a transaction be unknown?

Two things are going on: block explorer does t understand multisig transactions, which is where the funds game from. Additionally one of the tx outputs has an empty scriptpubkey, which means there are no conditions on spending it, and thus anyone can spend it by providing a scriptsig that evaluates to true such as simply op_true by itself. Again block explorer does t understand that as an address.
