The only trouble is paypal has a sort of grey area around buying bitcoin for paypal funds. It's fine if everything goes well and everyone is honest, but gets rather messy when transaction disputes come in or paypal decides to clamp down on these trades one day.

Cyrptmarket is a scam. I used it to send 1 BTC to a bank account and they stole it, never sent it.
