What is the highest paying Bitcoin CPM/CPC ad network

Any suggestion on the highest CPM network, pay per impression, pay per click etc.
Something similar to a-ads.

I would like pretty much to find a higher paying or at least something that pays per impressions and not only unique impressions.

To make higher profit for the site members, as a social network that pays users 100% I want something more than a-ads for papewall members.
