order execution failed on bit instant, help!

im new here
i have used bitinstant cash to a bitcoin address in the past with no issues but this time never recieved my BTC. i deposited the money at 3:14 pm 1/30/13 it is currently 8:14 am 2/2/2013 and i have yet to recieve them what should i do. is my money lost??

Ask in the bitinstant thread above. Don't worry, I see like 2-3 reports on Bitinstant everyday, and to their credit they've managed to resolve every one of them.
