Webmasters register to a bitcoin advertisng network

If you were one of the adnetwork affiliate manager, how would you make webmasters who aren't into bitcoin register to a bitcoin adnetwork?  Informing them about such adnetwork such as mellowads exist seem easier but letting them signup seem a hard task. where would you start to make them register and use bitcoin?
