I never use known trading site like poliniex i am trading in yobit and i think you can trade and trusted them.. bu honestly they are slow support or delay responce once you sent a ticket it takes 2 to 5 days.. you can also try bitfinex..

Most trader do trade in Poloniex and bittrex both have a lot of altcoin option to trade and they are trusted.
If in yobit you need to wait a reply from support for 2-5 days and then in Poloniex or bittrex it takes 2-5 hours only or even replied immediately, so why you didn't try Poloniex and bittrex? I have good experience there.

Only yobit can only suggest for you because only yobit i experience yet that you can trade but its high value of every coin. Atleast you can exchange there.. Also i heard bittrex is the best but never tried it yet.. you can try it with your self just find a better low conversation..

Bittrex is still the best one my favorite crypo exchange. I used it since 2014 and they show their professional works until now they still the best one for me.
And poloniex is one of my favorite too.

by movement do you mean deposit and withdrawal speed or changing in price/trade?

because i have never used YOBIT for anything other than bitcoin withdrawal but i have seen many complains about their slow withdrawals process. you can also find a couple of them here. and the price doesn't even change sometimes with the rest of the world.
