Have you ever used Google translate? It is one of the shittest tool if you want precise translation, it's only good if you want to translate a page for only you. A website owner would never use Google translate.
OP is looking for a person fluent in Russian to translate as precise as he can.

I myself am actually not a translator. However, I do know of a few in my area that might be willing to work with you if you're willing to pay their desired rate. I will have to ask for their phone numbers. If you could give me some time, I could ask them for you.
