What is your favorite proof of mining?

Which of the proof of mining concepts, do you like the most? Proof of Work, Proof of Stake, or other? Please make sure to place your vote from within the poll above and discuss about why you chose that mining concept by replying to this thread.

In my opinion, I think that Proof of Work would be the best to make the coin stronger and have a fair mining distribution (unlike PoS in which the ones with the most coins, get better chances of receiving stakes)

Anyway, staking is not mining. Mining and staking are both minting methods though.

I think pure PoS is based on a fallacy and is a pointless gamble and while PoW has plenty of issues it's much better than PoS.

i like pow/pos hybrid like decred with a system that encourage not to dump like hodl maybe, decred pos system is also very good

No but instead I am just asking to discuss about the different types of proof of mining (which I obviously know that PoS is not mining) but I have decided to include it into this discussion as well.

About PoS, I think the same way as you mate. For me, PoW makes it more fair.
