Alternate cryptocurrencies

I marvel there are new cryptocurrencies coming out so what is the future of the market going to look like ?? If there are going to be different cryptocurrencies out there then it is all going to boil down to the same concepts as note currencies. I mean like then there will again arise these concepts of currency conversion, fee applied etc etc and in my opinion it is going to disturb all the essence of cryptocurrencies.

Any thoughts ??
