No one is going to sell their bitcoin via PayPal, especially to a brand new account.  PayPal is the payment method of choice for bitcoin scammers because the buyer can simply claim a fraudulent or unauthorized transaction, and the seller is shit out of luck. 

This is yet another thread that should be locked before your new account is tagged with a bunch of negative trust ratings.

Maybe if you used your other account..... No, instead you use a brand new account to request free BTC BTC for PayPal. You see how it looks?

"Well planned" seems a stretch here. lol.

But seriously OP, no one is going to trade with you. Just set up an account at an exchange and fund it like a pro. Most other systems end in a scam of some kind. Satoshi gave us "trust-less money" so don't use it with a system that requires trust. The anonymity of an exchange is what you want.

I don't think thats a good step from a DT
Using PayPal by a newbie isn't a bad thing unless that newbie scams
And I think he should know every user is a Newbie at the beginning not a senior or a Hero
